Read what the non-polluted fruits & veggies in Essential 7 can do for us.

I drink an Essential 7 Smoothie every day so I can get the benefits of the nutrients on this chart since my schedule doesn't allow me to eat all these fruits & veggies in one day......Lou B. in TX

After only 2 weeks of drinking Essential 7, I am now sleeping so much better.  Before, when I'd go to bed, my mind would race and race until I was worn out trying to fall asleep.  I love the Chocolate flavor, but more I'm very happy to fall asleep and rest well.  Sarah A.  Kenner, LA  Happily 95 years young in 08-07.

Absolutely the best chart I have seen in years....Barbara S. in LA

WATER: The Forgotten Nutrient

#1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half the world population.)

#2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger.

#3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as 3%.

#4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.

#5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

#6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of  water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

#7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.

#8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink every day?

Now the question is, would you like a glass of water?

Could you have sunburn remedies in your kitchen?

THIS PICTURE IS NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD DO FOR YOUR SUNBURN!>>>>>>>>

If you discover you've played in the sun a little too long, a quick look

through your kitchen cabinets can provide you with the relief from that burn.

All-natural home remedies you can use for sunburns:

Aloe Vera – Remove some leaves from your aloe plant and refrigerate them. Then, peel off the top layer of leaves and apply the side of the leaf with flesh exposed directly to the sunburn. Aloe is great for relieving pain and inflammation.

Baking Soda Compress -- Dissolve baking soda in cool water, and make a compress using a clean cloth.  Place cloth on sunburned area.  Remove as heat is drawn out and replace with cool compress again. Alternately, put 1/2 cup of baking soda into your tepid bathwater, then let the affected area air dry.

Cucumbers – You can rub the sunburned area with fresh cucumber slices or simply place them on the affected area and let them draw out the heat.  As the slices become warm, put them into the refrigerator and repeat until the burn is relieved.

Lemon Water – This is one of the easiest to do. Take the juice from three lemons and mix with two cups of cold water. Sponge the mixture onto the sunburn.

Epsom Salts --  Dissolve ½ cup Epsom salts in a bowl of water with ice cubes. Make a compress with a clean cloth. Place the cloth on burned area to draw out heat. Repeat as needed.  Additionally, you can dissolve Epsom salts in your cool bath water and soak the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes. Works great!

Study: Chocolate Reduces Blood Pressure

The new research from Germany adds to mounting evidence linking dark chocolate with health benefits, but it's the first to suggest that just a tiny amount may suffice. University of Cologne researcher Dr. Dirk Taubert, the study's lead author, said the blood pressure reductions with dark chocolate were small but still substantial enough to potentially reduce cardiovascular disease risks. One problem is chocolate bars containing cocoa tend to have lots of calories, so Taubert and his colleagues tested small amounts containing just 30 calories each.

You can read more about Chocolate Essential 7 by clicking on the "Site Map" at the top or bottom of any of the pages in the website and choose the topic "Blood Pressure". Study from JAMA, July, 2007.

Here's How To Care For Your Feet

Wash them daily and dry thoroughly between the toes.

Wear well-ventilated shoes.  Make sure they fit.  Avoid point styles and other toe-crushers.

Wear socks made of synthetics that draw moisture away from your skin.  Cotton is not as good.

If your feet sweat a lot, try an antiperspirant on them.

Cut toenails short and straight across.  It's okay to apply nail polish to cover up the discolored nail.

If you do have toenail fungus, gently remove debris from under the nail with an orange-wood stick (used for manicures) once a week.

Go barefoot and/or wear sandals when you can.  Fungi thrive in dark, wet places. (inside shoes)

If you share pedicure tools with your family, wash and disinfect the tools (dip them in alcohol) after use.  If you go to a nail salon, make sure the tools are disinfected, or take your own.
